Im Dezember findet eine erste Vorstellung des Funktionsmuster´s EMP 1 ionika statt.

УдалитьMy organs work, but they fake and you have to put in a lot of work. Sulphated switch contacts and old paper capacitors. It has become unused for about 50 years.

УдалитьThanks for those recordings. It sounds about as expected, though I wonder: how do you know the sound is really of an EMP1? I could not find anything to confirm it.
УдалитьAlso, I understand the types of repairs involved, as I have fixed multiple American vacuum-tube organs myself (from Conn, Lowrey, and Hammond) and also some Soviet transistor organs with similar problems (Эстрадин-3М and Юность). Though I don’t know what you mean “but they fake”. In any case, no matter what condition it is in (or your playing abilities), I would still be interested in hearing a short recording of your EMP1, if you could make one.
